| 英文描述 | Mechanobullous disease is seen in Angus and Brangus, and may be inherited as a recessive. There are oral ulcers and ulcers of the skin of the legs. There is partial separation of the hooves. Lesions are present at birth or soon after. Dx by histology, with the differentiation between the familial acantholysis of Angus, and the sub-basilar separation of the skin in Brangus made by microscopic examination. There is no treatment. |
